flowasolutions.com is a marketing site describing Flowa's cybersecurity and QA testing services and past project work. It isn't itself a delivery platform, and nothing on it is a binding offer to perform work.

If you engage Flowa for a security assessment, penetration test, QA program, or any other service, that engagement is governed by its own signed agreement or statement of work - not by these website terms. Scope, pricing, deliverables, and confidentiality for real work are set out there.

The project write-ups on this site describe real engagements at a summary level. Client names, metrics, and technical detail are shared only where we have permission to do so, and are anonymized to sector level where confidentiality requires it. Links to a client's live product are provided for reference and lead to a site we don't control or operate.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, scan, or gain unauthorized access to this site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape or republish the site's content, logos, or case studies without permission.
• Use the contact form to send spam, malicious links, or unlawful content.

The Flowa name, logo, site design, and written content are owned by Flowa unless otherwise credited. Client logos shown on the projects page belong to their respective owners and are used with permission to describe the engagement.

The site is provided as-is. We don't guarantee it will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we're not responsible for third-party sites it links to.

To the extent permitted by law, Flowa isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. This doesn't limit liability that can't be excluded under applicable law, or anything agreed separately in a signed client contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where Flowa is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
