Privacy Policy

We collect information in two ways.

• What you submit. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, selected service area, and message, along with basic campaign tags (UTM source, medium, campaign) if you arrived from a tracked link.
• What's collected automatically. We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate traffic numbers - pages viewed, referrers, rough location by country. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other sites.

• To reply to your inquiry and follow up about a possible engagement.
• To understand which channels bring visitors to the site, so we know where to focus.
• To keep a record of leads for our own business purposes.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

The contact form is delivered through FormSubmit, a third-party form-relay service that forwards your submission to our inbox by email. The site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides the analytics mentioned above. Both may process your data on servers outside Pakistan as part of routing your submission or serving the site. We don't share your information with anyone else.

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your light/dark theme preference is saved in your browser's local storage so it persists between visits - that value never leaves your device.

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as reasonably useful to follow up and for our own business records, and delete them sooner on request.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email flowasolutions@gmail.com and we'll handle it directly.

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
